A coaching program designed for people who want to make a difference while staying true to themselves
Do you recognize yourself in the description below?
- You want a job that is aligned with your unique strengths, values and passions. A job that excites you and brings out your best self. A job that makes a difference.
Your current job is far from that.
- And yet, you do nothing to improve the situation (except maybe beating yourself up for “being lazy” or “wasting your life”).
If this sounds familiar, The Quiet Adventure can be just what you need.
Everything is okay with you
First of all, I want to normalize the situation. You are not lazy. If thinking about changing careers makes you feel confused and overwhelmed, nothing is wrong with you. Quite the opposite. You have a smart, rational brain. It tries to protect you from hasty, risky decisions by asking uncomfortable questions:
What if you never find a job? The job market is crazy now!
What if you change careers, and it turns out to be a mistake?
What if you are too old to change careers? No one wants a person of your age in an entry position!
If any of the questions above bring up a cascade of dread and panic, you are not alone - it’s a common human reaction.
In The Quiet Adventure, we won’t push you to “power through” your fears and anxiety. We won’t try to argue with survival mechanisms in your brain. We will use your brain's knack for predicting dangers to your benefit.
Here is how we will do it:
1. You will know what to do at every moment.
No guesswork. The program's foundation is a Career Navigation System. It covers all the steps to go from feeling lost to landing a new career. (It’s like an adventure map, only better because it’s not tied to a specific destination.)
Long-term benefit: You will have a customized Career Navigation System. You can use it to change careers as many times as you want.
2. We will address your fears, doubts, and insecurities one by one.
No toxic positivity. No forced cheerleading. (Cheerful “You can do it!” works for some extroverts, but for most introverts, it feels like gaslighting.) The cognitive-behavioral tools we use will help your brain stop over-criticizing you and get it to cooperate.
Long-term benefit: You'll learn skills to manage your emotions. They will help in your career and all areas of life.
3. We’ll keep you on track if (or when) you lose motivation or give in to old I-will-do-it-tomorrow habits.
Changing careers has all the ups and downs of any long-term project. It’s natural for a human brain to get excited in the beginning and want to quit after not getting quick results. If it happens, I'll be there to help you get through the feelings of frustration, overwhelm, and self-doubt. We will restore your motivation and self-trust. We'll make sure every task on your to-do list is doable.
Long-term benefit: You will learn your motivational patterns (what works and what doesn't). You will be able to apply this knowledge to other significant tasks and projects.

Meet Your Coach
I’m Svetlana Sereda, a Professional Certified Coach.
I love what I do. Even on bad days, I don’t question my career path. But it wasn’t always like that.
Two decades ago, I was unfulfilled at work. I liked my colleagues, enjoyed remote work flexibility - and yet, I felt miserable almost all the time.
My career-discovery quest led me to fall in love with professional coaching. It changed my life: I now got up every day, knowing that my work mattered.
But, to my utmost disappointment, it didn’t make me eternally happy. I was still a socially awkward introvert struggling with self-judgment and perfectionism. I had to continue my lifelong self-discovery quest.
(On the bright side, I’ve become a huge geek for all the practical tools that help fight inner demons. I know what works and what doesn’t, and I don’t shy away from sharing this wisdom with you.)
Now, with years of experience and several certifications under my belt, I can attest: Finding the right career doesn't solve all your problems overnight. But it gives you something better:
A clear sense of Purpose
The Motivation to overcome any obstacles (including the most important one: self-doubt)
A Tribe of like-minded people to support you through failures, disappointments, and road bumps
I am on a mission to help fellow introverts thrive in an extroverted world and make a difference without sacrificing their true selves.
What's in my Toolbox?
I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. I am trained in proven methods to help you effectively tackle challenges and achieve your goals. This also guarantees that our coaching partnership is safe, confidential, and growth-oriented.
I am a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach. Together, we’ll discover your unique strengths and learn how to apply them productively to make a difference only YOU can make.
I am a Life Coach School-certified coach. I’ll teach you science-based cognitive-behavioral techniques to build natural confidence and overcome procrastination and self-doubt.
As a career coach with 10+ years of experience, I provide techniques, practices, and exercises that cover all career questions. These range from existential ("What is the best career for me?") to practical ones, like writing a good resume or preparing for a job interview.
A Program Designed with Introverts in Mind
Working with a career coach who specializes in introverts provides several advantages:
Personal Understanding
As an introvert, I know the unique challenges and strengths introverts face at work and in life.
Customized Approach
I adapt my coaching style to the introspective nature of introverts. This creates a comfy, supportive learning space. I will gently nudge you out of your comfort zone, but I will never push you to do what you are not ready to do.
Empathetic Guidance
I've been in your introverted shoes. I can offer real empathy and a judgment-free space, making it easier for you to explore sensitive topics.
Strengths-Based Strategy
I can help you capitalize on your strengths. Introverted traits, like deep thinking and empathetic listening, are valuable in many jobs.
Quiet Confidence
We'll address common introvert challenges, like networking and self-promotion. We'll do it in ways that feel natural and authentic to you.
It’s more than just finding a new job or career. It’s a holistic approach to improving every part of your life.

FAQs
You might be a good fit for the program if:
- You want your job to be more aligned with your strengths and values but are not sure what type of job or career it might be.
- You're excited to know yourself better. You want to explore your values, strengths, and true desires.
You might NOT be a good fit for the program if:
- You don't have a job (or you are on the verge of quitting), and you urgently need one. If that’s the case, a job search coach would be a better fit for you.
- You are a high-achieving go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If that’s you, a coach with a different communication style would be a better fit.
- If you are curious about the program, I invite you to schedule a free clarity call. Let's discuss your situation and see how I can help.
No.
When I say that this program is for introverts, what I mean is:
- I won't push you to move faster than you're ready. But, I will gently nudge you out of your comfort zone and towards your goals.
- I won’t judge you for overthinking and procrastination; instead, I’ll help you cope with it.
- We won’t jump immediately into action. Self-exploration and reconnecting with your authentic self are key parts of the process.
If any of the above rings true to you, we'll get along (and I don’t care if you are a “true introvert” or not). Actually, many extroverts find that they enjoy the quiet space of our sessions - it allows them to finally hear their own thoughts and desires.
It depends on where you are, how far you want to go, and what resources you have. Some clients have changed careers and found a new job in four months. For others, the journey took a year of deep exploration and learning. These are examples of what's possible, not a promise.
You are in control! I ask for an initial three-month commitment, and then we can continue on a month-by-month basis for as long or as short a time as you need.
Payments are made upfront, monthly. If you choose to commit and pay for three months in advance, we offer a significant discount.
You are in full control of how long you will stay in coaching.
If you opt out, you’ll receive a refund for any prepaid, unused sessions. The process is very straightforward. (Sharing your reason for cancellation is appreciated but not required.)
